(1) There Is A 2 Hour Minimum Charge On All Jobs. After 2 Hours, Rates Are Charged In Half
Hour Increments According To The Quote Given.
(2) There is An Extra Payment Of £8 Required If Travelling Through The Congestion Charge.
(3) Parking Must Be Arranged And Is The Responsibility Of The Customer.
(a) Arrange And Reserve Suitable Parking Spaces At All Addresses.
(b) Pay For Any Pay And Display, Parking Ticket Issued, Tall Charge.
(3.1) Any Parking Fines Incurred Will Be Added To The Cost Of The Final Quote
(4) Job Arrival Times Are Estimated. Although We Do Our Best To Be On Time,
Circumstances Out Of Our Control May Cause Delays, We Will Not Be Liable For Delays
And Discount Will Not Be Offered For Lateness.
(5) We Have The Full Right To Choose The Route For Delivery.
(6) - (i) If The Booking Is Cancelled After The Booking Is Confirmed The Deposit Will Be
None Refundable.
(6) - (ii) If The Booking Date Is Changed There Will Be A Charge (50% Of The Quote)
To Reschedule The Booking
(6) - (iii) If The Items Will Not Fit In The Van , We Will Arrange A Alternative
Van And There Will Be Extra Charges To Reschedule Alternative van .
(7) Any Waiting Time Will Be Charged At The Rate Of £40.00 Per Hour.
(8) We Accept No Responsibility For Loss Or Damage To Goods After They Are
Delivered To The Location And If The Goods Are Subsequently
Handled By Another Party.
(9) The Goods To Be Removed And Or Stored Are Your Own Property, Or The Owner
Of The Property Have Given You Authority To Make This Job,
(10) We Will Accept Liability Only For Loss Or Damage To Goods When They Are In
Our Actual Possession, And If It Can Be Proven That We Were Negligent.
In Such Circumstances, We Will Accept Liability
